The Spartan Workout of the Day (WOD) strives to encourage and inspire Spartans on their journeys towards the finish line and into healthier lifestyles.
The Spartan Street Team represents the core of our passionate athletes and enthusiasts who help spread the Spartan attitude and spirit. We want to know what our Street Team is doing for their WODs. Here is your chance to have your WOD hosted on our blog and sent out across all social media as a featured Street Team WOD.

A few guidelines:
Clarity of WOD is of prime importance.
WODs should strive to use body weight exercises whenever possible.
WOD should be written in such a way that it is easily adaptable for both beginner and expert.
If your WOD is selected we will let you know before we publish.
